About sick child, recovery child childcare room "Bambi" net reservation

To make a reservation for "Bambi", a childcare room for sick and recovering children, please go to "Azukaruko-chan", an online service for daycare for sick children.
Reservation application and cancellation will be from online reservation. Pre-registration is required before booking. Before you start using the website, please check how to use the website and the precautions.

Please submit the "Inagi City Sick/Recovery Child Care Child Registration Form" to either the "Bambi" nursery room for sick/recovery children, or the Inagi City Office Childcare Support Section Nursery/Kindergarten Section. The registration card is the same as the post-illness nursery room "Korobokkuru" and is valid within the fiscal year.

Before entering the room, please visit a medical institution and upload the medical information provision form to Azukaruko-chan.
Note: After 2:00 pm on the day before the reservation, priority will be given to those who have uploaded the medical information form on a first-come, first-served basis from 10:00 am on the day before the reservation. Please upload the medical information form on Azukaruko-chan immediately after the examination.

Reservations are accepted from 10:00 a.m. the day before to 11:00 a.m. the day of the event.
