Child and Family Center

Under the revised Child Welfare Act, which came into effect in April 2024, we are working to establish "Child and Family Centers" that will provide seamless child-rearing support to all pregnant women, child-rearing households, and children.
In our city, the Child and Family Support Center and the Parent and Child Comprehensive Support Center work together to provide support to families raising children.

Support for pregnant women, children under 18 and their guardians

• Childcare consultation, consultation from children
• Responding to child abuse
• Identifying young carers, etc.

Oyako Comprehensive Support Center

Support for pregnant women, infants and their guardians

• Childcare consultation
• Pregnant women interviews, baby visits
• Baby food cooking workshop
• Health checkups for infants and young children
