What is a community life support base?
Community life support bases, etc. are facilities for persons with disabilities and their families, so that persons with disabilities can continue to live with peace of mind in areas where they are accustomed to living, in anticipation of the increasing severity and aging of persons with disabilities and "after the death of their parents." It is a system that supports life in the whole area. The functions provided by the community life support bases are shown in the table below.

Local life support bases, etc. in Inagi City
There are two types of development methods indicated by the government: the multifunctional base development type (consolidating the necessary functions into specific facilities) and the area development type (multiple institutions share the functions). Inagi City will adopt a wide-area development, strengthen the network that connects all existing social resources, and develop a system to play a role in each institution.
About support recipients
For emergency support, you need to register in advance through the planning office (eligible person registration notification). For inquiries about registration, please contact the Core Consultation Support Center (Inagi City) or each planning consultation office.
Note: In principle, those who meet the "definition of support recipients" are eligible for registration.

From the perspective of strengthening the functions of a regional life support base, etc., Inagi City stipulates that various functions are to be implemented in the management regulations, and the city is notified that the business establishment is responsible for the functions of a regional life support base, etc. It is certified as a "base function office". In notification, please contact Disability Welfare Division in advance.
