A ceremony was held to convey the letter of commission due to the simultaneous re-election.

FY2020 will be the year when the public welfare committee and children's committee members are re-elected once every three years. A letter of appreciation will be presented to 16 local welfare commissioners and children's commissioners who will be retiring due to simultaneous re-election on Tuesday, November 29, 2020, and 15 newly appointed local welfare commissioners, children's commissioners, and chief children's commissioners who will serve for three years. Letters of commission were conveyed to 48 people, including the newly appointed civil welfare commissioners, children's commissioners, and chief children's commissioners.
