Inagi City Older Adults Monitoring Network Project

To continue living safely in the familiar community

In Inagi City, we are working on the "Older Adults Monitoring Network Project" to ensure that older adults can continue to live safely in their familiar communities.
This project involves residents and business operators in the city reporting any unusual occurrences they notice in their daily lives or work to City Hall or the Community General Support Center, which will lead to appropriate support such as safety checks.

Specifically

In Inagi City, the number of older adults living alone and households consisting only of older adults is increasing. It is the local shops, financial institutions, business operators working in the city, and everyone living in the community who have the opportunity to notice the small changes in the older adults living in the area.

With the cooperation of everyone, the system for monitoring Older Adults is the "Older Adults Monitoring Network Project".

However, this is not a special request. It is about gently watching over the Older Adults in the community during daily activities and life, and contacting the city or the Community General Support Center when you notice any changes or abnormalities.

For example, at times like this...

• The storm shutters and curtains have been closed for several days.
