• After going to work on Tuesday, February 2, 2021, I developed a fever of 38 degrees at night.
• Although my fever had dropped to 36.5 degrees on the morning of Wednesday, February 3rd, I was ordered to take leave by my boss.
• On Thursday, February 4th, I will undergo a PCR test at a medical institution.
• On February 5th (Friday), the PCR test result was found to be positive.
• Last working day is Tuesday, February 2nd.

• The public health center has determined that there are no close contacts at the workplace (Inagi City Hall).
• The employee is staying at home and monitoring his health.
• The employee's office and common areas have been disinfected.
