Matsunodai Plaza was developed in consultation with the people in the surrounding area, with an eye toward post-development maintenance and management.
The Matsunodai Flowerbed Adapt Association was established by people from the surrounding area as an organization to carry out maintenance and management after construction, and was registered as the first organization under the Adapt System established in 2002.
