Until the sewer system is completed

Updated: February 25, 2015

Sewage pipes treat household wastewater from toilets, baths, etc. to prevent it from polluting rivers and the sea.
The following is a step-by-step explanation of how you will be able to use sewer pipes.

1 Burying sewer pipes

Sewerage pipe construction involves digging beneath the road and building it from downstream to upstream, like tree branches.
Before construction begins, we will provide PR and explanations about the construction to everyone.

2 Installation of public sewage basins

We will determine the location of the public sewage tank and install it on your land.
Note: After installing a public sewage tank, you will be responsible for any costs required for changes due to personal circumstances.

3. Notice of commencement of service

After the public sewerage system is completed, we will notify you through public relations and other means of the areas that will be usable.

4 Drainage equipment construction

Households in areas where public sewerage is available must connect to the sewerage system.
In order to improve the environment, we ask that the entire community connect early.
Note: Drainage equipment work can only be carried out by Inagi City-designated sewerage construction shops.
