Fire drill notification

If you conduct fire drills based on your firefighting plan, you must submit a "Self-Defense Fire Training Notification." When you conduct a fire drill, you must create and keep a "Self-Defense Fire Training Result Record."

Please use it in the following way.
 
(1) Select a ward, city, town, or village: Select Inagi City, Tokyo.
