A letter of appreciation was presented for appropriate first aid (September 2024)

　On a certain day in July 2024, an emergency accident occurred at an elementary school in Inagi City, where a child went into cardiac arrest. At that time, people nearby performed CPR properly from the time the emergency call was made to 119, and the child survived. We are sincerely grateful for your courage and ability to act, and in recognition of your achievements, we presented you with a letter of appreciation from the fire chief. The fire department will continue to work to widely disseminate information about the need for first aid to the public.
