A letter of appreciation was presented for appropriate first aid (March 2023)

Update date: March 29, 2023

One day in February 2020, an emergency accident occurred at an exercise facility in Inagi City, where a man collapsed and his heart and lungs stopped functioning. At that time, bystanders provided a series of appropriate first aid measures, from calling 119 to cardiopulmonary resuscitation and defibrillation using the AED installed at the facility, and the man survived. We sincerely thank everyone for their courage and drive, and in recognition of their achievements, we presented them with a letter of appreciation from the fire chief. The fire department will continue to work to spread awareness of the necessity of first aid to the general public.
