special committee

(1) A fixed number of 10 people (2) Purpose of establishment It is established at each regular meeting to examine the supplementary budget and related bills (proposals related to amendments), reports the examination results during the regular meeting, and makes decisions. Special committees are established as necessary to examine specific proposals and investigate matters to be investigated.
(3) Composition It consists of half of the 20 members excluding the chairman and the members of the audit committee elected by the assembly.
