I'd like to know more about the emergency reporting system.

Update date: August 30, 2013

We will install an emergency call device that uses the home phone line and a device that automatically issues an alert by detecting the reaction of daily life. If the reception center detects an abnormality, it will check the user's status by phone, call 110 or 119 if necessary, and dispatch emergency personnel to the scene.
subject
This service is for people aged 65 or over who live alone or who live alone in elderly households (including those who live alone during the day) and who require constant attention due to chronic illness such as heart disease.
