Guidance Guidelines for Inagi City Residential Land Development

When developing residential land in Inagi City, this guideline prevents disorderly conversion of residential land and develops housing land development projects that contribute to good town development, based on mutual cooperation between Inagi City and residential land developers. The purpose is to facilitate smooth promotion and to realize "Inagi, a city of citizens surrounded by greenery and full of friendship."

・Development activities that require development permission under the provisions of Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the City Planning Act ・Construction of collective housing (including row houses and singles) with 15 or more planned housing units ・Mid-to-high-rise buildings Construction projects in which the height of the building exceeds 10 meters ・The act of developing with the designation of the location of the road based on Article 42, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the Building Standards Act
