This guideline states that when carrying out residential land development, etc. in Inagi City, Inagi City and residential land developers should cooperate with each other to prevent disorderly development of residential land and to carry out residential land development projects that contribute to good urban development. The aim is to smoothly promote the project and to realize ``Inagi, a city of citizens surrounded by greenery and filled with friendship.''
Scope of application
・Development activities that require a development permit pursuant to the provisions of Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the City Planning Act ・Construction projects for apartment complexes (including row houses and single-person residences) with a planned number of housing units of 15 or more ・Medium-to-high-rise buildings Construction projects in which the height of the building exceeds 10 meters - Activities in which the location of the road is designated based on Article 42, Paragraph 1, Item 5 of the Building Standards Act.
