The "Inagi City Comprehensive Strategy for Revitalizing Towns, People, and Jobs" (hereinafter referred to as the "Comprehensive Strategy") sets appropriate short- and medium-term policy goals based on regional issues, and measures the progress of the comprehensive strategy using key performance indicators (KPIs). ), etc., and implement a PDCA cycle to make improvements as necessary. Therefore, by compiling the KPI results for each fiscal year, we can verify the effectiveness of our measures and use this as a reference for making improvements, such as establishing a verification committee and reviewing measures.

Among the projects listed in the comprehensive strategy, those that have KPIs are categorized into three categories: "achieved," "expected to be achieved," and "unachieved," according to the progress status as of the end of fiscal year 2017. Did. The concept of each category is as follows.

• Achieved: Projects whose KPIs have already reached their target values ​​at the end of FY2019
• Expected achievement: Projects that have not yet achieved their KPIs, but are clearly expected to be achieved by the end of FY2019.
• Unachieved: Businesses that are working on projects but whose KPIs have not reached their target values
