The "Inagi City Comprehensive Strategy for Revitalizing Towns, People, and Jobs" (hereinafter referred to as the "Comprehensive Strategy") sets appropriate short- and medium-term policy goals based on regional issues, and measures the progress of the comprehensive strategy using key performance indicators (KPIs). ), etc., and implement a PDCA cycle to make improvements as necessary. Therefore, by compiling the KPI results for each fiscal year, we can verify the effectiveness of our measures and use this as a reference for making improvements, such as establishing a verification committee and reviewing measures.
