Although financial resources are limited, we have decided on priorities and are carrying out repairs. The Koyodai district had a high-grade town built using small paving stones and tiles. Although the scenery is nice, it is expensive to repair, and there are cases where canes and strollers can easily get caught, so we plan to reconsider it in future town planning. Regarding repairs, we are trying to keep costs as low as possible, such as by using rubber chip pavement. Although it is not possible to change the entire surface of the pavement, the city will repair areas where it has identified areas that need repair. We would also like to hear from you. |

Weeding work is carried out twice a year, and this year it was carried out in May and October. It is said that clover is widely growing in the grass area of the outfield seats, and this is thought to be because this year's weather conditions were suitable for growing clover. In response to the feedback, the trees were trimmed shorter than usual and a clover inhibitor (which does not affect humans) was sprayed in November. It takes about two weeks for it to take effect. |

A station plaza/rotary will be built on the south side of Higashi-Naganuma Station, and a slightly smaller rotary will be built on the north side. Although discussions are still underway, the south side is planned to be a roundabout exclusively for buses and taxis. The north side is planned to be used for general vehicles. However, although you can stop, parking is prohibited. |

The interior of the irrigation canal is maintained and managed based on patrols by the Inagi Green Wellness Foundation, Daimaru Neighborhood Association, city staff, and information from citizens. The Misawa River sidewalks are also maintained and managed based on staff patrols and information from citizens. The inside of the river is basically managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The existing water park was constructed at the request of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government during river renovation. Since there is no spring water at Koyodai, it is difficult to build a water play area. However, there is Daimaru Shinsui Park, and we are planning to build a playground using spring water in Kamihirao in the future, so please use that. |

Not only housing complexes but also detached houses are private property of individuals, so the city cannot provide any kind of assistance for updating their facilities. Please understand this point. Although the viewpoints are different, the city is currently implementing a subsidy project that subsidizes a portion of the installation costs for energy generating equipment such as solar power generation installed in houses. It may have been audible well back then, but now that many apartments and houses have been built, the sound echoes and becomes difficult to hear. If requested, we will change the direction of the disaster prevention administrative radio and make other minor adjustments. However, the most common complaint lately has been that the broadcasts are too noisy, and we believe that there are limits to public relations through disaster prevention administrative radio stations alone. Therefore, as an alternative measure, we are providing telephone services. We also send information about the content of the broadcast via email distribution service, so please make use of it. We are using these multiple methods to keep everyone informed. |

When the town of Koyodai was developed, I think that the Urban Renaissance Agency and the city wanted to make it a parking space, but the police did not approve it from the beginning. Currently, it is designated as a parking prohibition enforcement area by Tama Chuo Police Station. We will continue to persistently negotiate with the police to see if measures can be taken, such as allowing vehicles to stop for a limited period of time. |

I would like you to understand that the i-Bus is not intended for commuting to work or school, but rather to supplement route buses, and should not compete with private operators, so the idea is to share functions. . Please note that the operating costs of the i-Bus are not made up solely of the usage fees collected from users, and there is no plan to equalize the number of users. I think it would be best to decide what each can do through discussion, such as what can be done through self-help/mutual help, and what the city can do with public assistance.
