Main uses

It is used to receive a reduction in registration and license tax when registering a house for preservation.

Who can apply for a certificate?

Anyone can apply at the counter. The people eligible for the reduction in registration and license tax are homeowners.

Residential Building Certification Application and Certificate

Duplicate copies of the residential house certification application form and certificate are available at the counter.

Documents required for application

Please check "Required documents for residential house certification".
If you have not yet moved in at the time of application, you will also need to submit a ``Request for Moving In''.

Issuance fee

The certificate issuance fee is 1,300 yen per certificate.
Note: If mailed, the fee will be 1,400 yen per item.

Regarding revision of usage fees

 Effective April 1, 2020, we revised various usage fees and charges with the aim of (1) achieving sustainable administrative management, (2) optimizing the burden on users and non-users, and (3) responding to the increase in the consumption tax rate.
We ask for the understanding and cooperation of all citizens.
