• Municipal office of the child's legal domicile to be recognized
• Municipal office where the notifier is located

Note : In the case of fetal acknowledgment, notification can only be made at the municipal office of the mother's permanent domicile.

Available date and time

From 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. of open agency day Note: On holiday open agency day from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. increase.
Only "custody" is accepted on holiday open days and at the city hall night duty room.
Note: Sub-branch offices do not accept family register notifications.
