Convenience store issuance of various certificates

Inagi City will provide a convenience store delivery service that allows you to obtain certificates such as a copy of your resident card at convenience stores nationwide using your My Number Card (personal number card). It started on February 16th.
A My Number Card (personal number card) is required to use this service.

Who can use

Those who have a resident registration in Inagi City and have a My Number Card (with an electronic certificate for user verification) .

Note: Basic Resident Registration Cards and Notification Cards cannot be used.
 

Obtainable certificate

Please be sure to read the following notes when obtaining a certificate.

Note 1: It is not possible to obtain an expelled resident card or a revised aboriginal resident card.
Note 2: Resident record code cannot be written.
Note 3: Foreigners cannot omit the information to be filled out.

seal certificate 300 yen

It belongs to the person who is registering the seal.
 
Note 1: The certificate will be printed in A4 size.
Note 2: If you have not registered your seal, you will need to register at the city hall or branch office.
Note 3: Seal registration card (orange card) is not required (required when obtaining one at the counter)

Municipal tax / Metropolitan inhabitant tax taxation (tax exemption) certificate

How to Use

You can obtain the certificate using a multi-function terminal (multi-copy machine) at convenience stores nationwide that supports the following convenience store issuance methods.
1. Touch "Administrative Services" on the touch panel screen of the multi-function terminal (multi-copy machine).
2. Place your My Number card in the designated position and enter your 4-digit PIN (for user certificate).
3. Touch the certificate type.
Four. Insert the fee and touch "Start Printing".
Five. A certificate and receipt will be printed.
 

Utilization time

From 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Note: Hours vary depending on some stores.
Note: Excluding year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th to January 3rd) and equipment maintenance.

Seven-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart, Ministop, Aeon Retail, etc. nationwide
Note: This service is not available at stores that do not have multi-function terminals (multi-copy machines).

Convenience store delivery using smartphone

With the electronic certificate installation service for smartphones, you can obtain a certificate using a smartphone (equipped with electronic certificate function) without using your My Number card at a multi-copy machine at a convenience store.
