Alert regarding two work-from-home businesses ("Social Net Co., Ltd." and "Smart Plan Co., Ltd.") that force consumers who wish to work from home to pay large sums of money in the name of homepage creation fees, etc.

Since November 2016, consultations regarding businesses claiming to provide work from home have been received at local consumer affairs centers, etc.
From the Consumer Affairs Agency, based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Law No. 50 of 2009), in transactions with "Social Net Co., Ltd." and "Smart Plan Co., Ltd." We have received information that there is an act that may unduly harm profits (misrepresentation), so we would like to inform consumers in order to prevent the occurrence or spread of consumer damage.
