A vehicle with a special structure or a vehicle with a special cargo that exceeds any of the "vehicle limits based on the Road Act (general limit values)" is called a "special vehicle."
If a "special vehicle" tries to pass on the road, it cannot pass without obtaining permission from the road manager.
(1) When there is only one road administrator on the requested route If there is only one road administrator on the requested route from the departure point to the destination, apply at the window of that administrator.
If you only drive on Inagi City roads, apply to Inagi City.
(2) If the requested route crosses multiple road administrators If the requested route from the departure point to the destination crosses over multiple road administrators, apply at the window of one of the road administrators.
Note: Municipalities cannot accept applications.
Even if the vehicle does not exceed the "vehicle limit (general limit value) based on the Road Act", there is a limit due to the relationship between the width of the road and the width of the vehicle.
Even if the above restrictions apply, if you have no choice but to pass, you need to obtain a passage authorization from the administrator of the road you are passing.
In the case of Inagi city road, please apply at the window of the city construction department management section.
The following documents are required for the application.
(1) Vehicle traffic authorization application form 1 set (2) Route map (1/5,000 or more, showing the city road and destination) 2 copies (3) Vehicle breakdown (when applying for 2 or more vehicles at the same time) ) 2 copies (4) Copy of automobile inspection certificate 1 copy
