We provide transportation support (dispatch of guide helpers) when going out for essential social activities, such as procedures at public institutions, and when going out to participate in society, such as leisure activities.
Those who meet any of the following criteria: Holders of the "Love Notebook" or "Mental Health and Welfare Notebook" for the mentally disabled; School age or older
This service is not available in the following cases:
(1) When going out for long periods throughout the year, such as commuting to work (however, this does not apply to children and adults who need to be accompanied to school and are unable to do so by their guardians).
(2) When going out for business or other economic activities.
(3) When going out for services provided under Article 8, Paragraph 2 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act.
(4) When going out for medical treatment.
(5) Any other outing that is deemed socially inappropriate.

With physical care: 1,500 yen per unit No personal care: 900 yen per unit If you receive personal care, it will be printed on your recipient card.
