We would like to inform you of the handling of this matter in our city as follows.

Regarding “Basic remuneration classification for children under medical care”

If a child who requires medical care attends a facility other than those primarily used by children with severe mental and physical disabilities, it may be necessary to determine the "basic remuneration classification for children under medical care." Businesses that have used child day care services since January 2021 will be notified of details on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. If you are using child day care services and have any questions, please contact the place of care or the Disability Welfare Division at City Hall.

In principle, it is necessary to submit a "new judgment score" to determine the basic remuneration category. Please also check the chart (attached file) to confirm whether a "new judgment score" is required.
