Subsidy for medical expenses for intractable diseases

A portion of the medical expenses for treatment will be subsidized for those who are suffering from a disease designated by the national or Tokyo metropolitan government and meet certain criteria.

This system is a Tokyo system.

The format of the medical certificate varies depending on the illness, so please check with your doctor the name of your illness before contacting us.

If you have a specific medical expenses (designated intractable disease) recipient certificate or a medical ticket for the Tokyo Medical Expenses Subsidy for Intractable Diseases (Maruto Medical Ticket), you may be able to receive a condolence payment of 5,000 yen per month.
