The purpose of the welfare loan system is to financially support the lives of low-income households, households with people with disabilities, and households with elderly people who require nursing care, as well as to promote home welfare and social participation. It is a system that The Tokyo Metropolitan Social Welfare Council is the implementation body, and the Inagi City Social Welfare Council is the contact point.
For single-parent households, priority will be given to loans from the Tokyo Mother and Child and Father and Child Welfare Fund and the Tokyo Women's Welfare Fund . If you are a household receiving welfare , please contact the welfare office.
