Regarding medical care for single-parent families, there is a subsidy system to cover the cost of insurance.
Additionally, there is a child rearing allowance as a national system, and a child upbringing allowance as a Tokyo metropolitan system.

We will subsidize part of the cost of obtaining qualifications necessary for employment.
A mother in a single-parent household or a father in a single-parent household who is taking an educational training course and meets all of the following requirements:
Amount equivalent to 60% of the tuition fee (up to 200,000 yen)
An amount equivalent to 60% of the course fee (maximum 1,600,000 yen)
Note: If the amount does not exceed 12,000 yen, no payment will be made.
Note: For those who are eligible to receive education and training benefits from the employment insurance system, this will be the difference between the amount paid and that amount.

A portion of the cost will be subsidized to cover living expenses during the period of obtaining the qualifications necessary for employment.
A mother of a single mother or a father of a single father who works at a training institution in order to obtain a national qualification that will be advantageous for employment and contribute to the stability of one's life, and who meets all of the following requirements:
1. Higher vocational training promotion benefit: During the training period (maximum 3 years, but 4 years if a 4-year course is required to obtain a qualification)
Households subject to municipal tax will pay 70,500 yen per month, and non-taxable households will pay 100,000 yen per month (an additional 40,000 yen per month for the final 12 months of the training period).
2. Higher vocational training completion support grant: 25,000 yen for taxable households, 50,000 yen for non-taxable households (paid at the end of the training period)

The Tokyo Metropolitan Council of Social Welfare lends housing support funds to single-parent families who are ambitiously working toward independence.
People who meet all of the following requirements
Within 40,000 yen per month (up to 12 months)
No interest (no guarantor required)
Within 5 years (60 months)
If a person who is not employed finds a job within one year from the date of receiving the loan, or changes jobs with a higher income expected than at the time the program was established, and continues to work for one year, the repayment debt amount will be reduced upon application. Fully exempted.

Single-parent families with children who have not completed compulsory education and whose address is in Inagi City, and who fall into any of the following categories:
Taking care of meals, childcare, cleaning the house, etc.

Women who do not have a spouse or who are in similar circumstances and whose mothers and children are unable to adequately raise their children (under 18 years of age)
Providing a room, independence support from mother and child instructors, lifestyle support, etc.
