For Category 2 insured persons (40 to under 65 years old)

Long-term care insurance insured persons are divided into those aged 65 and over (first insured person) and medical insurance subscribers aged 40 to 64 (second insured person). Category 2 insured persons can receive nursing care services when they are certified as needing long-term care (requiring support) due to an age-related disease (specific disease).
