Eligibility

(1) If a person who is 65 years of age or older or the main source of livelihood of the household to which the person belongs has suffered significant damage to their house or household goods due to a disaster such as an earthquake, wind and flood damage, or fire. Eligibility

Those who meet all of the following requirements and who are recognized by the mayor as having "difficulty making a living" (1) Those in households exempt from resident tax (2) Those who are not receiving public assistance (3) Those who are not receiving support benefits for Japanese people remaining in China (4) The annual income of the household is less than or equal to the standard income amount (1.5 million yen for a single-person household, plus 500,000 yen for each member of the household) (5) The amount of savings and deposits of the household Must be less than or equal to the standard savings amount (3.5 million yen for a single-person household, plus 1 million yen for each member of the household) (6) Must have no assets other than the residence where you currently live (7) ) The person is not a dependent of the resident tax payer or a medical insurance dependent (including remote dependents).
