Reduction details

25% (50% for old-age welfare pension recipients) of nursing care service users' burden (10% burden), food expenses, housing expenses (stay expenses), and accommodation expenses will be reduced.

Note: Limited to services provided by businesses that offer to implement mitigation projects. Please contact the business operator you want to use to find out if they are offering a reduction business.

Eligibility requirements

Those who meet all of the following requirements are eligible.

(1) All members of the household are exempt from inhabitant tax.
(2) The total annual income of all members of the household must be below the standard income amount.
Note: The standard income is 1.5 million yen per year for a one-person household, plus 500,000 yen for each additional member of the household.
(3) As of the application date, the total amount of savings, etc. of all members of the household must be equal to or less than the standard savings amount.
Note: The standard savings amount (including securities and bonds) is 3.5 million yen for a single household, plus 1 million yen for each additional member of the household.
(4) There are no assets that can be used other than those used for daily life.
(5) Not being supported by relatives, etc. who can afford it.
(6) As of the date of application, the long-term care insurance premium must not be in arrears.
(7) Food expenses, living expenses (stay expenses), and lodging expenses for facility residents, etc. shall be covered by specified nursing care (preventive) service fees.

How to apply

Please fill in the necessary information in the following documents, attach the necessary documents, and submit them to the Elderly Welfare Section Nursing Care Insurance Section.

(1) Inagi City Nursing Care Insurance User Burden Reduction Eligibility Application Form (Form No. 3)
(2) Income and Savings Declaration Form (Form No. 4)
(3) Declaration of assets and dependents (Form No. 5)
(4) Letter of consent (Form No. 6)
(5) Other necessary attachments
1. A copy of the front page of the bankbook and the transaction details page (the page that shows the previous year's data)
Note: Please attach copies of bankbooks for the applicant and all household members.
Note: To check the balance, please make a copy after entering the passbook.
Note: For internet banking, please print out the screen showing your balance and deposit/withdrawal history.
Note: Even if cash is kept at home, it will be counted as a savings account.

Change of address, etc.

If there is a change in your address or name after receiving the confirmation certificate, you must submit a notification of change in the items listed on the confirmation certificate for reducing the user's burden.
