Subsidy for rubella antibody testing and vaccination costs

If a woman who does not have immunity to wind sickness is infected mainly in the early stages of pregnancy, the fetus may develop congenital wind sickness syndrome .
Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence of congenital wind shin syndrome, the city will subsidize the full cost of the wind shin antibody test for eligible people.
In addition, as a result of the wind shin antibody test, we will subsidize part of the vaccination cost for those who have insufficient antibody titers.

1. Wind shin antibody test

Target audience

Inagi citizens aged 19 and over who fall under any of (1) to (3) (1) Women who are planning or wish to become pregnant (2) Housemates of pregnant women (3) Housemates of (1) Note: Kaze Those who have been vaccinated against shingles (including hemp mixed and hemp mixed and mumps mixed) more than once, and those who have antibodies in the past Excluding those who have been tested and confirmed that they do not have enough antibodies

Note: Excluding those subject to additional government measures against rubella (men born between April 2, 1962 and April 1, 1979).

Inspection method

Blood test by drawing blood (In principle, the test is performed by the HI method. If the HI method cannot be performed due to unavoidable reasons, the EIA method is used.)

How to take the test

1. Make an appointment with a medical institution.
2. Fill out an application form at a medical institution (an application form can also be handed over at the Health Center).
3. HI method (EIA method if HI method is unavoidable) will be inspected.
4. At a later date (the date specified by the medical institution), the medical institution will inform you of the test results and provide an explanation.
As a result of the test, if you do not have enough antibodies against rubella (HI antibody value of 16 times or less or EIA value of less than 8.0), you can receive the following "2. Vaccination cost subsidy".

(a) When it turns out that it is a low antibody titer as a result of the wind (fushin antibody test) Other than a), if you have previously taken an antibody test on your own and can confirm that you are a low-antibody person with documents, etc.

Note 2: If you are receiving public assistance, you will be free of charge (full public expense) if you submit a protection receipt certificate, and if you are a Japanese remaining in China, submit a support benefit receipt certificate to a medical institution.
