Coupons for free rubella antibody testing and vaccinations will be sent out in stages over a three-year period from fiscal year 2019 to fiscal year 2021 to men born between April 2, 1962 and April 1, 1979 who have never had the opportunity to receive a rubella vaccination before.
Note 1: This will be extended for three years until the end of March 2025.
Note 2: Coupons were sent again in early April 2024 to those who had not yet taken the antibody test.
Note 3: Rubella antibody tests will be conducted, and those who need them will be vaccinated based on the results. Depending on the test method, it may take some time before the vaccination is administered, so we recommend that you take the antibody test by February 2025.
Note: This does not include those who have undergone rubella antibody testing between FY2019 and FY2023.
Note: If you would like to have a rubella antibody test and vaccination before the coupon is sent, the Health Center will issue a coupon. Please bring your ID (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) and seal to the Health Center and complete the procedure.
Note: If you need to have your card reissued due to loss, please bring your identification (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) and seal to the Health Center and complete the procedure.
