From an environmental perspective, contractors who carry out demolition and renovation work on buildings, etc. are required to conduct preliminary surveys to determine whether construction materials containing asbestos are present in the construction work and report the results to prefectures, etc., based on the Air Pollution Control Act. Regarding health, it is also necessary to report to the Labor Standards Inspection Office based on the Asbestos Hazard Prevention Regulations.

When carrying out work to demolish, remodel, or repair buildings where spraying materials or insulation materials containing asbestos are used, a " Specified Dust Emission Work Implementation Notification Form " must be submitted based on the Air Pollution Control Act. is required.
In addition, if any of the following scale requirements apply, you will also need to submit a " Notification of Asbestos Dispersion Prevention Plan, etc. " based on the Environmental Preservation Ordinance.
The deadline for notification is 14 days before work begins.
