Therefore, the Inagi City Sewerage Project Beneficiary Burden Ordinance, based on Article 75 of the City Planning Act, is intended to encourage those who will benefit from the development of public sewerage systems to bear a portion of the construction costs. What is a beneficiary (person who pays the beneficiary fee)?

 The beneficiary will be the landowner (landowner) or right holder (superficial right holder, pledge holder, land lease holder, etc.) in the area where the public sewerage system will be developed, so please pay the fee to these people. You will receive it.

The land subject to the contribution is

 Drainage areas where public sewerage systems are to be developed are divided into several burden areas, and areas where sewerage systems are scheduled to be developed within three years are determined one after another and these areas are publicly announced as areas subject to levy.
