・Keep mobile phones, flashlights, etc. ready in case of a disaster while out and about ・Stand-by users of stations and facilities to attract customers, or guide them to a safe place ・Notify parents and family members about the safety of children and students
・Confirmation of waiting areas and evacuation areas ・Formulation of rules for going home after clearing up confusion ・Determine how to leave school, evacuation route, waiting at school, etc. depending on the scale of the disaster and transportation conditions.
・Confirmation of return route on foot ・Preparation of business site disaster prevention plan and verification through training ・Cooperate in promoting the stockpiling of supplies necessary for children, students and temporary residents, and grasp the stockpiled supplies
    ・Preparation of school disaster prevention manuals and implementation of drills
