Please tell me how to request a copy of the resident card by mail.

Please enclose the following four items and send them to the Citizens Affairs Division.
(1) Postal bill (2) Handling fee (Please exchange the number of copies for a fixed-amount money order at the post office)
(3) Identification documents, etc. (copy of basic resident registration card with photo, driver's license, health insurance card, etc., as documents that can confirm the claimant and the place of residence registration)
(4) Self-addressed envelope (write the address of the resident registration area and the name of the applicant, and affix a stamp)
