I found my lost Basic Resident Register card, what should I do?

If you have lost your Basic Resident Register card and your card has been temporarily suspended, you will need to complete the procedure to cancel the suspension. We do not accept notifications over the phone, so please be sure to come to the counter.
If you have already received a reissue, please return the card as it has expired.
