When can I receive an elderly recipient card?

Elderly beneficiary certificates are issued separately from insured person certificates to people aged 70 and older.
For those turning 70, the card will be sent to the head of the household at the end of the month of their birth (or the month before the birth month if their birthday falls on the 1st), but it can only be used from the 1st of the following month.
Please note that the elderly recipient card is updated on August 1st every year, so a new elderly recipient card will be sent in July.
