System for supporting neighborhood association activities and recruitment of personnel

Neighborhood associations, which are the core of local activities, carry out a wide range of activities, but due to the diversifying lifestyles of local residents, they face various challenges such as declining membership rates, reduced activities due to aging, and a lack of new people to take on the role.
In order to support sustainable neighborhood association activities in the future, we are calling for proposals for public-private partnerships to provide consultation and support tailored to the circumstances of each neighborhood association.

[Benefits of collaboration]
・Promotion as a model business
・Contracting out to neighborhood associations with similar issues

Digital divide countermeasures project

Our city is promoting the onlineization of administrative procedures in principle so that citizens can complete procedures ``anytime'' and ``anywhere,'' with the goal of creating a ``counter that you don't have to go to''. To achieve this, rectifying the digital divide has become an important issue.

We are envisioning smartphone consultation sessions, operation briefings, cashless payment briefings, etc., but we will consider a wide range of content as long as it is an initiative that contributes to bridging the digital divide.

[Advantages of collaboration]
As an initiative that contributes to solving administrative issues and improving public welfare, we will publish in public relations media such as the city homepage and public relations magazine.

From time to time (project will be implemented from 2020)
