About article publication to lifelong learning news letter "Hiroba"

We can publish article of event and member recruitment of group which citizen is active in lifelong learning dayletter "Hiroba".
Please see below for the requirements and how to apply for groups that can be listed.

1. About requirements

The organizations that can publish articles on membership recruitment and events are as follows.

  1. Social education-related organizations that are registered as users of public halls
  2. Social education-related organizations with user registration of physical education facilities
  3. Social education organizations that have permission to use school facilities
  4. Social education-related organizations with group registration of school physical education facilities
  5. Social education-related organizations that are registered as users of life and culture facilities
  6. Social education-related organizations that are registered as users of the Shiroyama Experience Learning Center
  7. Social education-related organizations that operate in public facilities or similar facilities within the area of ​​Inagi City, and that have submitted a list of members, rules, financial documents, and other documents specified by the superintendent of education.
  8. A specified non-profit corporation that has an office in the city and conducts social education activities in the city (limited to articles on events)
  9. Educational institutions located in the city and this PTA affiliated organization (limited to articles on events)
  10. Social education-related organizations that host projects sponsored by the Inagi City Board of Education (limited to articles on events held in the city)

2. About publication application

Social education-related organizations that fall under 1 to 6 above

Please apply at the following locations where you have registered as a user or group.
1. Each public hall
2. Sports Promotion Division (City Hall 6F)
3-4. Education General Affairs Division (City Hall 6F)

6. Please contact the section in charge regarding how to apply for the Shiroyama Experience Learning Center.

Social education-related organizations that fall under 7 to 10 above

Please apply to the Lifelong Learning Division.
In addition to the manuscript, please submit the member list, bylaws, financial statements, general meeting materials, etc.

3. manuscript deadline

The deadline for manuscripts is the 10th of the month before the month in which you wish to publish (the deadline for the January 15th issue is December 5th).

Four. About manuscript preparation

Please use the default manuscript paper.
Manuscript paper is available at the city hall, each cultural center, and the Shiroyama Experience Learning Center.
You can also download it from below.
Please note the following points when preparing your manuscript.

  • The title must be 20 characters or less.
  • Please include the day of the week in the due date.
  • Please enter the time as AM or PM.
  • No symbols are allowed.
  • Contact information can be either phone number, fax, or email address. Also, please include furigana in your name.
  • Part of the manuscript may be deleted due to space limitations.
  • If there are many requested manuscripts, publication may be delayed from the next month.
  • After the manuscript is received, it may not be published as a result of the review. (Submission of manuscript does not guarantee publication)
