About the publication of articles in the Lifelong Learning Newsletter "Hiroba"

You can post articles about events and member recruitment of organizations in which citizens are active in the Lifelong Learning Newsletter "Hiroba."
Please see below for the requirements for organizations that can be listed and how to apply.

1. About requirements

The following organizations are eligible to post articles about membership recruitment and events:

  1. Social education-related organizations registered as users of community centers
  2. Social education-related organizations that have registered users of physical education facilities
  3. Social education-related organizations that have permission to use school facilities
  4. Social education-related organizations that have registered school sports facilities
  5. Social education-related organizations registered as users of lifestyle and cultural facilities
  6. Social education-related organizations that are registered users of Shiroyama Experience Learning Center
  7. Social education-related organizations that operate in public facilities or similar facilities within the Inagi City area and have submitted a list of members, regulations, financial documents, and other documents designated by the Superintendent of Education.
  8. Nonprofit organizations that have offices in the city and conduct social education activities in the city (limited to articles about events)
  9. Educational institutions located in the city and organizations related to this PTA (limited to articles about events)
  10. Social education-related organizations that host projects sponsored by the Inagi City Board of Education (limited to articles about events held within the city)

2. About the posting application

Social education-related organizations that fall under 1 to 6 above

Please apply at the following locations where you have registered as a user or group.
1. Community centers
2. Sports Promotion Division (City Hall 6th floor)
3. 4. Education General Affairs Division (City Hall 6th floor)
5. Friend Hirao
6. Please contact the relevant department regarding how to apply for the Shiroyama Experience Learning Center.

Social education-related organizations that fall under 7 to 10 above

Please apply to the Lifelong Learning Division.
In addition to the manuscript, please also submit the member list, regulations, financial statements, general meeting materials, etc.

3. Manuscript deadline

The deadline for submitting manuscripts is the 10th of the month prior to the month you wish to publish (Deadline is December 5th for the January 15th issue).

Four. About manuscript preparation

Please use the default manuscript paper.
Manuscript forms are available at City Hall, each cultural center, and Shiroyama Experience Learning Center.
You can also download it from below.
Please keep the following in mind when preparing your manuscript.

  • The title must be 20 characters or less.
  • Please include the day of the week as the due date.
  • Please write the time as AM or PM.
  • Symbols cannot be used.
  • Only one of the following can be entered as contact information: phone number, fax, or email address. Also, please write your name in furigana.
  • Due to space limitations, some parts of the manuscript may be proofread and deleted.
  • If there are many requested manuscripts, publication may be delayed from the following month.
  • After the manuscript is received, it may not be possible to publish it as a result of the review. (Submission of manuscript does not guarantee publication)
