Inagi City Medical Plan
Updated: August 23, 2023
In Japan, the aging of the population is progressing rapidly, and by 2025, it is expected that the proportion of elderly people aged 75 and over will account for 30% of the total population. Based on this situation, the city will grasp the actual situation of medical care provision, survey the needs of citizens, estimate future medical demand, etc., estimate the current situation and intentions of local medical associations in 2025, and estimate the number of hospital beds in Inagi City. In 2015, we formulated the “Inagi City Medical Plan” after considering what Inagi City should be.
Five years have passed since the plan was formulated, and there have been changes in Inagi City's medical provision system, medical demand, and related measures such as the regional medical concept. A review was carried out from the fiscal year to the third fiscal year.
