Citizens' Council Proposal

 The ``Citizens' Council to Consider Inagi's Future'' held a total of 20 meetings over a period of 10 months, examining the issues from the participants' perspectives, and creating a written proposal through repeated discussions.
This proposal was submitted to the mayor on June 25, 2009, with the catchphrase being ``i-Plan to protect citizens' interactions and lives with rich nature.''
