Recruitment of participants has ended.

The city will start formulating a long-term comprehensive plan that sets out the future image of Inagi City and basic goals for town development after 2021.
In formulating the plan, we will consider it while listening to the future image of Inagi envisioned by the citizens.
First of all, we will set up a civic meeting to discuss the ideal future image.

Citizens’ meeting to envision Inagi in 2030
This is a meeting to discuss what Inagi City will look like in the 2030s, compile everyone's opinions, and make recommendations to the mayor in formulating a long-term comprehensive plan that sets goals for Inagi City's urban development.
The period of activity will be from August 2018 to June 2019, until the proposal is made to the mayor.
We plan to create an interim report on the recommendations in March 2019.

Application requirements
Those who correspond to all of the following
- Those born before April 1, 2003 who live, work, or attend school in the city
- Those who are interested in community development in Inagi City
- Those who can attend meetings twice a month
Note: The first meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 2nd at 7:00 pm at the Regional Promotion Plaza meeting room.
The schedule for the second and subsequent meetings will be determined based on the convenience of the participants.

Selection and results
- Applicants will be selected based on their essays, and participants will be decided after considering the balance of regions, genders, age groups, etc.
- The selection results will be sent to all applicants by mail.
- The names of the participants will be announced in the city's public relations, homepage, long-term comprehensive plan (bookbinding version), etc.
- Application forms and essays will not be returned.

- If you have infants at the time of participation, childcare in a separate room for preschool children over 6 months old is possible. However, we cannot provide meals, etc.
