Sewer related

Note: The forms for public sewerage facility self-financed construction, drainage facilities, and water quality have been changed. In addition, to streamline the designated sewerage construction contractor application process, we have opened an online form for checking submitted documents in advance. (January 2025)

  • Please print out the PDF file for use.
  • Plain paper and A4 print size are recommended.
  • Thermal paper for thermal printers cannot be accepted.

Self-financed work related to public sewerage facilities

It usually takes about a week for permission to be granted, but depending on the content it may take more than a month, so please apply well in advance.

  • For new applications, renewal applications, and changes (excluding some procedures described below), we will check your documents in advance, so please submit electronic data using the online form below. Please note that there is no pre-screening for applications only for changes to the designated construction company's telephone number, or for cancellations or suspensions, so please submit directly to the counter.

  • In Inagi City, only products certified based on the "Performance Standards for Disposer Wastewater Treatment Systems for Sewerage Systems (Draft) (March 2013)" created by the Japan Sewage Works Association are permitted for new installations.

  • If you print the Public Sewerage Service Start Notification Form double-sided, the Multiple Household/Apartment Building Water Number List will be printed on the back of the Public Sewerage Service Start Notification Form. If there are two or more water meters (apartment building, two-family home, etc.), please fill in the Multiple Household/Apartment Building Water Number List for all meters located at the installation location.
