Taking advantage of the blessed natural environment and good access, the city is working together to create an attractive city for businesses.
For companies that locate in the city, 90/100 of the amount equivalent to property tax and city planning tax for a maximum of 5 years will be granted as incentives. In addition, additional money is issued when we promote employment of citizen and establish office using city supplier.

- All over the city , in principle, regardless of industry .
- The number of regular workers must be 20 or more, and the business area must be 1,000 square meters or more.
- The start of operation must be within 3 years after the acquisition or lease of the business site.
- Land that has not been used or used for profit for five years prior to the date of application.
Incentive for attracting companies
90% of the amount equivalent to property tax and city planning tax imposed on designated business establishments is granted for a maximum of 5 years (up to 100 million yen for each year)
Additional money (limited to one time when the incentive money is first issued)
- Citizen employment promotion addition
100,000 yen will be provided for each new citizen employed as a regular worker for one year or more.
- Addition fee for utilization of city construction companies
1% of the construction contract amount is granted when a new office is established using a construction contractor with its head office in the city (including subcontracting)
