Public facility user registration (sports facility groups, tennis court individuals)

In order to use the public facility reservation system, you must first register as an Inagi City public facility user (group registration or individual registration).
A user registration card will be issued to those who register.

Conditions of registration

Group registration conditions

Organizations seeking registration are limited to those that meet the following conditions:
(1) An organization whose purpose is to engage in sports/recreational activities or other social educational activities. However, this does not apply when using the Inagi Central Park General Gymnasium meeting room or the Inagi Nagamine Verdi Field multipurpose room.
(2) 10 or more members, the majority of whom live, work, or attend school in the city, and are comprised of "members" who engage in activities in registered events (family members who are not active, people who provide transportation, and supporters) etc.) must be an organization.
(3) The “representative” must be 20 years of age or older and live, work, or attend school in the city.
(4) The “representative” and the “contact person” who receives communications from the sports facility should be included in “members.”
(5) If "instructors" are outsourced separately from "members," a list of outsourced instructors must be submitted.
Note: The number of "instructors" that can be entrusted is limited to three for every 10 "members", and one "instructor" that can be entrusted can be added for every five "members".
(6) The organization must record the estimated income and expenditure for approximately one year of its activities on the registration application form supplementary form.
(7) When using the facility, an adult (person over 20 years of age) or a commissioned "instructor" must be responsible for managing and instructing the facility at all times.
(8) A single person is not registered as a "member" of multiple organizations in the same category.
Note: Similar events such as soccer and futsal, tennis and soft tennis, etc. are considered the same event.
Note: If it is listed as a multi-sport, all the sports will be registered, and if it is listed as multiple sports, it will not be possible to register more than one of the listed events.
(9) Groups at the Minamitama Sports Plaza Tennis Courts are allowed to participate in facility maintenance such as bittern spreading, which is held several times a year.
(10) Groups cannot be registered for the purpose of operating as a corporation.
Note: However, corporations that have been specifically approved by Inagi City may be able to register as a group under certain conditions.

Group registration conditions (children)

(1) If you wish to use the facilities of Inagi Central Park Baseball Stadium, Wakabadai Park Multipurpose Square, and Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field with child usage fees, you must register as a children's group.
(2) A children's organization is an organization in which all members other than the "representative" and "contact person" are children of elementary school age or younger, and the majority of the children live or attend school in the city. thing.
(3) For children's organizations only, a "representative" and a "contact person" may be people who are not active in the organization.
(4) If the group includes a “leader” in addition to the “representative” and “contact person”, it will be considered an adult group.
Note: Adult usage fees will be charged for all activities involving junior high school students and above. Even if the facility is registered as a children's group and is being used under the child usage fee, if it is confirmed that adults of junior high school age or older are involved in the activity, the difference in fees will be collected.

Individual Registration Conditions

Those who wish to be registered must meet the following conditions:
(1) The person's purpose is to play tennis.
(2) Applicants must be a high school student or older (generally 16 years of age or older) and reside, work, or study in the city.

How to register

Please read the registration guide (download file below) and prepare the following required documents. Applications are accepted at any time at the Sports Promotion Division on the 6th floor of City Hall, the General Gymnasium, Friend Hirao, and Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field.

Note: Please note that Friend Hirao cannot accept individual registrations.

Note: You can also apply with a photocopy, but please make sure to take a photo so that your face can be seen.

Note: Please present the application form at the reception desk for confirmation of the information written on it.

(3) A list of group members and identification documents for all members who live, work, or study in the city
Note: Those under 15 years of age (elementary and junior high school students) will need to show identification or parental consent.

(4) List of outsourced instructors (if there are instructors to instruct) and identification documents of all outsourced instructors, etc.

(5) Group regulations (only groups with regulations)

Note: Must be original and must include the date of issue and be within one month of the application date.
Note: The company seal must be affixed, and the work address within the city must be stated.

Students studying in the city A copy of the student ID card issued by the school you are attending (make sure to take a copy that shows your address, name, date of birth, and period of enrollment) or a certificate of enrollment (with your address, name, and date of birth written on it) (Must be an original and within one month from the date of issue to the date of application)
Consent form

The designated form must contain the name of the organization, the applicant's name, date of birth, age, address, contact information, name of the guardian, and the date of entry, and must be stamped by the guardian (dates up to 3 months prior to the application date will be considered valid).

  • Examples of items that can be used as identification documents

⇒Copy of driver's license, passport, personal number card, health insurance card, resident's card (issued by the city, etc., and limited to one within one month from the date of issue to the date of application.About a copy of the resident's card) (Only copies cannot be made.)

  • Examples of items that cannot be used as identification documents

My number notification card, bills/contracts for electricity, gas, water and sewage, telephone charges, etc., and copies of slips for mail and home delivery.
Note: Personal information submitted will be managed appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations regarding personal information.
Note: If you wish to have your ID card returned, please check the corresponding section of the "Identification Card Return Request Checkbox" on the member list and outsourced instructor list. If it is blank or not filled out, it will be discarded at Inagi Nagamine Verdi Field.

Note: About employment/employment certificate
If you are unable to obtain a certificate of employment/employment issued by the corporation you work for, please use the following format for the certificate of employment. When applying, please fill out the necessary information yourself and submit it with your corporate seal stamped.
If the address of the corporation's head office/head office is outside the city, but the address of the branch office/office where you work is within the city, please write so in the notes section.

  • Applications for registration and receipt of registration certificates must be made by the group representative, group members including contact persons, and family members of the members living together. Both are available only to those of high school age or above. You will be required to present your ID upon pick up.
  • If you wish to have your ID returned at the time of application, this will only be accepted at Inagi Nagamine Verdi Field. (It will take some time to confirm. Also, if there are many members, we may have to keep your belongings.)
  • No one other than Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field will check the contents of the application. If there are any errors in the contents of the application, Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field (042-401-3960) will contact the contact person or representative.
  • It takes 14 days from the date of acceptance of the application to issue the registration certificate, as the application and attached documents need to be reviewed. (Note: However, if there are any errors in the details, the certificate will be issued 14 days after the date the errors are corrected. Also, if there are any long holidays or year-end/New Year holidays in between, it may take more than 14 days.)
  • Registration certificates that are not received after one month from the date of issuance of the registration certificate will become invalid. (The facility will not contact you)
