Minamitama Funeral Home Dioxins Survey Results

Update date: February 13, 2024

On November 28, 2020, we measured the dioxin concentration, soot concentration, hydrogen chloride concentration, sulfur oxide concentration, and nitrogen oxide concentration in the exhaust gas from crematoriums (furnaces 2 and 12).
As a result of the investigation, all of the concentrations were below the guideline value (there is no guideline value for sulfur oxide concentration).
To prevent the generation of dioxins and damage to cremated bones during cremation, we ask for your cooperation in not placing grave goods (especially plastic products and chemical fiber products) in the coffin.
