If you live in the seven cities along the Keio Line (Hachioji City, Fuchu City, Chofu City, Machida City, Hino City, Tama City, Inagi City), you can use the libraries in all seven cities.
The available services differ depending on the city, so please check and follow the procedures at each library and follow the rules when using them.
