Youth Development District Committee Overview

Role of district committees

The role of the district committee is very important as a place where children of different ages can have various experiences. It is hoped that children will grow up in a group through continuous activities in their immediate surroundings, and to that end, it is becoming increasingly important to "strengthen cooperation" between homes, schools, local communities, and governments. . We take care of each other, look out for each other, and talk to each other, and are responsible for improving the regional power as an opportunity to practice self-help and mutual help with each other's spirit.

Main activities of each district

Main activities in each district include participation and implementation of local events such as Bon Odori and athletic meet, camping in Inagi Fureai Forest, etc., sainogami events, agricultural experience, and radio calisthenics. In addition, information is exchanged at the Youth Development District Committee Chairpersons Meeting, which oversees all districts, and cooperation is promoted, and night patrols are carried out every July as a joint project for all districts.
