What is the Youth Committee?

The Inagi City Youth Committee was organized in 1965 and plays a central role in the healthy development of young people, mainly through providing leisure guidance to young people.

Inagi City commissions individuals with a track record of direct involvement in youth leisure guidance and the development of youth groups.

The fixed number of committee members is 16. Currently, 11 people are serving as committee members.

30th Youth Committee

Activities of the youth committee

Regular meeting

It plans and considers youth leader training projects, and reports on the activities of each committee member in the region.
Held: All year round (held once a month)

Tokyo Youth Committee Federation

It is organized by the youth committees of each ward, town, and village in Tokyo, and its purpose is to encourage and promote youth committee activities and contribute to the promotion of the healthy development of young people.
General meeting <br id="4"/>Implementation period: May Contents: Activity plans, budget, lectures, etc.

Representative meeting <br id="3"/>Implementation period: All year round Contents: Information exchange, training session reports, consideration of management policy, etc.

Tokyo Youth Committee Conference <br id="3"/>Implementation date: February Contents: Award ceremony, training session

Tama District Youth Committee Liaison Council

The purpose of this organization is to promote youth committee activities in the Tama region, to strengthen cooperation among committee members in order to enrich these activities, and to improve the qualifications of committee members.

General meeting <br id="3"/>Implementation date: May Contents: Activity policy/budget, case study presentations, etc.

Board of Directors Meeting <br id="3"/>Implementation period: All year round Contents: Block training sessions, Tama area news, etc.

Block training session <br id="3"/>Held once a year with the aim of disseminating the results of activities in each region and the content practiced in daily life through exchange and mutual improvement. Masu.
Inagi City belongs to the first block, which consists of Higashimurayama City, Mitaka City, Hino City, Machida City, Fuchu City, and Komae City.

Youth leader training project

The Inagi City Youth Committee holds junior worker seminars and youth worker seminars as a youth leader training project.
