About Fureai no Mori
Q1: What kind of facility is it?
Inagi Fureai no Mori is a facility for healthy youth development. This is an outdoor facility (free of charge) used by city elementary schools and youth development district committees as a place for educational activities and nature experiences.
It is open to the public on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from mid-March to June, August, and October to November when it is not in use, and can be used by Inagi residents. Accommodation is only possible when the area is used by city elementary schools, youth development district committees, etc. for educational activities or nature experiences during the district/school open period. The general public cannot stay overnight.
Q2: Can I have a barbecue?
There is a stove for cooking rice bowls for educational activities, but it is not suitable for barbecues. Bringing a barbecue set is recommended.
We rent utensils such as plates, pans, knives, and cutting boards. Please prepare ingredients, fuel (firewood or charcoal), and drinking water (because the water supply in the facility needs to be boiled).
However, bringing alcoholic beverages and drinking is prohibited.
Q3: I would like to use the Fureai no Mori.
Anyone can use it on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays during the open period, regardless of whether you are in the city or outside the city.
However, if you wish to use the group for 10 or more people, please check in advance whether your desired date and time is available (please call the Children and Youth Division to confirm) and apply using the reservation form below at least one week in advance. is required . The total number of users for all groups is limited to 50 people.

Q4: Can I stay overnight?
The general public cannot stay overnight.
This is only possible when the city elementary school, youth development district committee, etc. uses it for educational activities or nature experiences during the district/school open period.
Q5: I heard that the entrance has changed.
Since December 2014, due to construction work on the metropolitan road, the entrance on the former Wakaba Sogo High School side has been closed, so please use the entrance on the Odara-dori side.
Note: Although the Tama, 3, 4, and 17 Sakahama Hirao Lines are open, please continue to use the entrance on the Odara-dori side for safety management within the facility.

Q6: Can I bring in tents?
For safety management, please refrain from bringing in tents, tarps, hammocks, etc.
Q7: Do you have a parking lot?
There is a parking lot for 20 cars, but it may be full during busy periods, so please follow the instructions of the manager.
Q8: How many furnaces are there?
15 locations. Reservations cannot be made, so please use the stove designated by the manager in order of arrival.
Note: If you pour water on the furnace (made of concrete block), it will crack, so please do not pour water on it.
Q9:Since there are multiple families (2 or 3 families) using the facility, the number will be 10 or more.
You do not need an application form if you can register for each family on the day of the event.
Q10: Can I use a pizza oven?
Please refrain from using it for personal use. Also, if you wish to use it in a group, please inform the Children and Youth Division in advance.
Q11: Is there any playground equipment such as athletics?
